The whole process involves the individual's body, thoughts and mood. In case, a person is depressed, it can affect the sleeping and eating related activities. Feeling blue is entirely different from suffering from depression.

Depression is primarily divided into three main types such as dysthymia, depression and bipolar disorder. Keep track of the symptoms of depression and get it treated on time.
